Cancellation and Refund Policy

At epod.live, we aim to offer a hassle-free shopping experience. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be customer-friendly.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellation requests may not be possible. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team at aelin@thedpod.com 

Refund Policy:
If your order is canceled within the permitted time, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for defective or damaged products. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. The product should be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Refund for Returns:
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it, and if found eligible, we will process a refund. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days of approval.
